If you aim to acquire runes, she is the one to farm. She has the highest chance of dropping runes amongst any monsters in the whole game. The Countess: The Countess is a Superunique monster in Act 1 at The Forgotten Tower level 5. As an example, you can only find runes up to Vex if you kill normal monsters in Hell Act1, but Andariel can drop up to Lo rune.
